A new folder is created within the current folder one is in/viewing in Windows Explorer.
Right click and select from a context menu, or click a button on the toolbar to launch the operation. Effectively this is a reverse sequence of events from what is required in Windows Explorer currently. Provide a means to select files then put them into a new folder created at the time the operation is executed.
